Recommended Use

We recommend a “loading phase” for JoMo, with users taking one capful, twice daily for the first week and then tapering to one capful, once daily beyond the first week of use.  This allows the body to readily absorb the nutrients it needs to restore a healthy equilibrium, moving towards the “maintenance phase" after this critical, initial “loading phase”.

Users may take the recommended serving of JoMo directly from the bottle in full concentration, or mix the serving with their favorite drink or smoothie.

For best results, JoMo must be taken daily and consistently to mitigate the effects of acute and chronic inflammation.
